  • Custom and made-to-order garments require 7-14 business days for production.

  • Accurate measurements and clear communication are essential for custom orders.

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship locally and internationally.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs, or courier delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. 📏 Custom Orders & Sizing

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements.

  • We may offer minor adjustments upon request if the item doesn’t fit as expected.

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the item is defective.

  • Ready-made items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery; the buyer pays return shipping.

  • Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
