EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY


 At Juan Luna Collections, we are committed to delivering handcrafted pieces that embody Filipino artistry and refined elegance. To maintain the highest standards of quality and exclusivity, we accommodate exchanges for all orders but do not offer refunds, except in cases where the error is on our part.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange
 Items must be returned in original condition unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

Custom Size Orders
 Custom-sized garments are eligible for exchange only if the actual measurements do not match the specifications provided during ordering.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us
     Email our Customer Care Team at collections@juanlunacollections.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Return the Item
     Once approved, you will receive our return address. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center.

  3. Size Assistance
     Our team will assist you in selecting the perfect fit for your replacement item.

Exchange Fees

  • Standard garments: $17 restocking fee + $8 delivery charge

  • Barong Coats and Dress: $47 restocking fee + $8 delivery charge

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued in cases where Juan Luna Collections is at fault. These include:

  • Incorrect item, color, or size shipped

  • Errors or discrepancies in custom measurements
